The intrigue surrounding 3Roots is branching further out, most recently in the form of local news network CBS 8’s coverage of the community ever-growing interest.  CBS News Anchors Marcella Lee and Carlo Cacchetto touch on the many reasons why 3Roots has caught the eye of some many home shoppers across CA. 

This news clip which aired last week features California West’s CEO, Robby Thorne as he goes through the vision of what is to come for this idyllic land in Sorrento Mesa. These 400 acres will soon house approximately 1,800 homes for a range of income levels so everyone can enjoy a piece of the curated lifestyle this community will soon offer.

With balance as a main focus of this project, Thorne highlights the work-life bonus of living in a community that is within a 6/7 mile radius of some of San Diego’s top employers. In addition, the centrally located land is a short distance to major cities such as Downtown San Diego, Laguna Beach and is just a drive away from Los Angeles. This “mechanical ballet”, deemed by Thorne will hopefully take its final bow as soon as the end of this year as families are projected to begin moving in late 2021.
